Rene and her staff at TriCare Annerley have been absolutely wonderful to Mum and our family. In all of my dealings with the staff, they have exhibited not only professionalism but understanding, patience and courtesy – which is critical when you are trying to cope with the emotional experience of having to put your loved one in an aged care facility.
