A special thank you to the staff at TriCare Clear Island Waters. Having spent many years in the real estate industry, several of them working in retirement village selling the units, I can appreciate the difficulties of re-locating elderly folk who have no wish to move from their home and who don’t recognise the need to move to a care situation.
Thank you Jacinta for your care and professionalism. Your explanation and your subsequent advice in simplifying the mountains of confusing information are most welcome and appreciated.
Bayview Place Aged Care Residence at Runaway Bay stands in stark contrast to the negative perception many of the public have of aged cared facilities.
Many of the staff, especially the PCs, went to great lengths to help Mum enjoy her special day. Some even went shopping for red outfits to suit the red colour theme. Some bought gifts of cards, Stella bought a triangle pillow and pink satin pillow case, Lisa a lovely night dress with violet flowers and ribbon, Linda hand-made a choice of two head bands to match Mum’s red dress, while Jade and Marizol bought beautiful flowers. Even some of the residents insisted on buying birthday cards and most wore something red.
On behalf of my mother, my husband and I offer our sincere appreciation and gratitude for the manner in which TriCare marked her 100th birthday.

Although my mother suffers from dementia, those who know her are aware that her comprehension is remarkable. It was obvious that she thoroughly enjoyed her 100th birthday and now, when we relive special moments, her wide smile is testament to her continuing enjoyment.
It is a pleasure working with TriCare’s care Placement Service and I am so impressed with the support you have provided so far for our families here at St Andrews.

This email is a way of saying thank you for the wonderful care that you provided to my mother during her stay with you. Being in Western Australia, I was always impressed and relieved when I left her to see what wonderful care she was receiving from you all at TriCare. I am in awe of the dedication that all the staff showed in looking after her on my visits and it made leaving all the less painful knowing that she was being attended to so well.
Dear Aleisha, I just wanted to thank you for your help in arranging the placement of my Nanna and Grandpa in your Mt Gravatt facility. Thanks to your excellent customer service skills, my grandparents are now receiving the care they require, in a time frame much faster than our family expected. My grandparents are settling in and are all the better for being placed together.
In my seventy years I have never before been associated with such a caring group of people and this gives my wife and I full confidence that our mother is in good hands. To all staff at TriCare Mermaid Beach we thank you for giving our mother a home away from home.
I have been associated with TriCare Mermaid Beach for almost four years, and it can only be described as a “Five Star Resort”. In saying this, a building and equipment alone do not make a great aged care facility unless it is staffed by competent and caring people and I believe this applies to TriCare Mermaid Beach.
