TriCare’s Home Care packages (CACPS) assist our clients to remain in their own home as long as possible, maintain independence in a safe environment and allow them to stay active within their community. We offer flexible packages to suit individual requirements and all the services we provide are reviewed and adjusted as our client’s needs change.
Our friendly and professional team can provide assistance with:
- Light Housework
- Transport to local medical appointments or social activities
- Personal hygiene including; showering and toileting
- Personal Grooming
- Preparation or supply of meals
- Review home safety, recommend and assist with arranging necessary modifications
- Respite, in home or at a residential facility
How to Apply for Assistance
You require an assessment to be conducted by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to review your current situation and provide an individual client record of your current care needs.

Our Home Care team is trained in accordance with Community Aged Care Standards ensuring all of our clients will be professionally cared for and treated with dignity and respect. All individual client arrangements are treated as strictly confidential.
